While Fantasy Football and real NFL games have their differences, they share one common theme: If a player goes off in fantasy it usually means he went off in the real game as well. For Week 12, here are the players with the best chances to dominate their opponents. These players, due to their HistorySituation, and Matchups could be extremely valuable to their teams this week with their monster performances.

Facts To Know:

  • 300+ PASS YDS in 7 of 9 games
  • Julio Jones is 5th in REC YDS
  • Buccaneers ranked 31st against QB’s

With the Atlanta Falcons on a two game win streak, Matt Ryan has thrown for only three touchdowns over that time (1.5/game). Ryan averages 304 passing yards per game this season, and a weak Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense has allowed 25 touchdowns to Quarterbacks (2nd most). Despite the Falcons having two starters injured, Austin Hooper and Devonta Freeman, Ryan still has a good chance to pick apart the second worst ranked defense.

Honorable Mention: Jameis Winston, TB (@ATL)

Facts To Know:

  • 10th most RUSH YDS for RBs
  • Playing 60.5% of OFF snaps
  • JAX has allowed the 6th most RUSH YDS

Derrick Henry is in the top ten of rushing yards this season, and has also produced 10 total touchdowns as well (8 RUSH TD & 2 REC TD). Henry is the lead running back on early downs, with Dion Lewis coming in as the passing down running back. The Tennessee Titans are ranked fifth in power on the ground, and have a 73% success rate when they run the ball behind their strong O-Line. The Jacksonville Jaguars have only allowed eight touchdowns on the year. However, with Jacksonville allowing the sixth most rushing yards this season, look for Henry to get a lot of chances to dominate in this matchup.

Honorable Mention: Nick Chubb, CLE (v.MIA)

Facts To Know:

  • 1st in REC YDS among WRs
  • Leads NO in all receiving categories
  • CAR ranked 28th against WRs

Not only does Michael Thomas lead the New Orleans Saints in all receiving categories but he also leads the NFL in Receptions, Targets, and Receiving Yards as well. Thomas is the only WR with 1,000+ yards already on the season, and has done so in just ten games. Despite the Carolina Panthers only allowing six touchdowns to Wide Receivers on the year, they are ranked 28th going into Week 12 against Wide Receivers. Look for Drew Brees and Thomas to keep this connection rolling in this favorable matchup this weekend.

Honorable Mention: Julio Jones, ATL (v.TB)

Facts To Know:

  • 9 REC in each of last 2 games
  • 86% of OFF snap PCT
  • SEA ranked 24th against TE’s

In the past two weeks Zach Ertz has picked up his play and has done so against quality defenses. The Philadelphia Eagles have recently played the Chicago Bears and the New England Patriots. In those games Ertz had nine receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown, also having nine receptions for 94 yards the next matchup. Ertz has the third most receiving yards of Tight Ends so far, and with the increase of production lately, Ertz has a chance to keep his play going in a home game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Honorable Mention: Ryan Griffen, NYJ (v.OAK)

Facts to Know:

  • 2nd most REC YDS in NFL (993)
  • Teammate Chris Godwin is 3rd in REC YDS (887)
  • ATL is ranked 27th against WRs

Certainly having two top Wide Receivers in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin opens up better opportunities for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Wide Receivers. Evans has 100 more Receiving Yards than Godwin and playing against a weak Atlanta defense creates a great matchup for Evans. Also, Evans averages 99.3 yards per game and is leading the Buccaneers in targets as well. With Atlanta allowing 12 touchdowns to receivers so far, Evans has great upside in this matchup to add on a couple more on Sunday.

Honorable Mention: RB Alvin Kamara, NO (v.TB)
