Los Angeles Angels updated Team Outlook after relief pitchers Luis Garcia & Adam Cimber were signed to the team. Garcia comes over from San Diego, sporting a 4.07 ERA last season for the Paders. Cimber joins the Angels after spending the last few seasons in Toronto, including a 4.05 ERA last season. Both players were signed to 1-year deals and will join the Los Angeles bullpen.
