The Chicago Bears updated Team Outlook after making a flurry of free agency signings, headlined by former Packers’ TE Robert Tonyan. Tonyan, the 27-year-old Illinois native, received a one-year deal worth $2.65M. In addition to Tonyan, the Bears signed RB D’Onta Foreman and DL Andrew Billings to one-year deals. To make room for new backup QB P.J. Walker, the Bears released QB Trevor Siemian.
