Broncos Updated Outlook: Joe Lombardi Hired as OC - Pro Sports Outlook

The Denver Broncos updated Team Outlook after hiring former Chargers Offensive Coordinator Joe Lombardi to the same role. The 51-year-old will reunite with newly hired HC Sean Payton, as Lombardi was the Saints’ offensive assistant and then QBs coach from 2007-2013 and then from 2016-2020 under Payton. Despite his firing, Lombardi’s Chargers were a top-10 offense in yards in each of the last two seasons.
