The Detroit Pistons’ updated Team Outlook after second-year G Cade Cunningham announced he will undergo season-ending shin surgery. The former No. 1 overall pick averaged 19.9 points, 6.2 rebounds and six assists in 12 games this season. Cunningham last played on Nov. 9.
