Atlanta stole a huge win vs. NYM to inch closer in the NL-East after Max Fried out-dueled Jacob deGrom as ATL took three of four from New York.

1982: Philadelphia Phillies 1B Pete Rose passed Hank Aaron for the most career plate appearances (13,941) in MLB history. Rose still owns the MLB record today with 15,890 which is almost 2,000 more than any other player all-time

1973: Atlanta Braves OF Hank Aaron passed Stan Musial for the most career XBH (1,378) in MLB history. Aaron still owns the MLB record today with 1,477

1909: New York Giants player-manager Arlie Latham became the oldest (49 years old) player to steal a base in MLB history
