February 15th, 2021 was highlighted by John Wall returning to Washington DC for the first time since departing for H-Town this offseason but was out-dueled by former teammate Bradley Beal. Ben Simmons dropped a career-high 42 points but Jordan Clarkson‘s own 40 points helped Utah still pick up the big win while Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Buckets went off in Los Angeles, but the Kawhi & Paul George-less Clippers still came out on top.

James Harden’s triple-double and Kyrie’s 40-piece led the Nets to set a franchise record with 27 3PM during their victorious road trip to Sacramento. Zach LaVine came in the clutch to take down the Pacers in OT, former 3x Pro Bowl NFL WR Vincent Jackson unfortunately passed away, and a plethora of MLB moves were made including RP Keone Kela (SD), OF Kevin Pillar (NYM), RP Justin Wilson (NYY), SP Matt Shoemaker (MIN), and 2B Jason Kipnis (ATL).

See what happened in sports on February 15th last year, highlighted by an all-time dunk contest between Aaron Gordon and Derrick Jones Jr., a 3-point contest that came down to the wire, and the 2020 NBA skills challenge. This daily sports article includes real headlines only (no clickbait rumors), all of the best highlights, interesting facts from around the NFL, NBA, & MLB, the main games to watch, top performances of the day, notable birthdays, and a quick recap of significant events on this day in sports history.
