On the first day of NFL Free Agency, the Jags went all out, the Chargers chose CB J.C. Jackson as their top FA acquisition, Pittsburgh picked Mitch Trubisky as Big Ben’s replacement, the Bengals beefed up their O-Line with much-needed reinforcements, and Philly brought EDGE Haason Reddick back home, among many other notable moves to catch up on below. 

The reigning World Series champion Atlanta Braves acquired All-Star 1B Matt Olson from the A’s, ultimately ending Freddie Freeman’s tenure with ATL. The Reds sent Jesse Winker to Seattle while former MVP OF Andrew McCutchen signed with Milwaukee. In a battle of the top-2 MVP candidates Nikola Jokic and Joel Embiid, Bones Hyland’s big 4th Qtr helped Denver get the win. Steph Curry had a 33rd birthday to remember with almost 50 points while Trae Young torched Portland for the second time this season.
