Houston Astros outlook after Starting Pitcher J.P. France’s shoulder injury will leave him out for the season. The 29-year-old put together a solid rookie campaign last year, but couldn’t keep it up this year, and hasn’t pitched in a major or minor league game since April, dealing with the same injury.
