Pro Sports Outlook was originally founded by Rob Mason. Mr. Mason created the idea of Pro Sports Outlook by first launching MLB Outlook, generating over 2x the user engagement metrics as ESPN and others. Mr. Mason has always been a sports enthusiast and has gained in-depth knowledge of the online sports industry over the last decade plus. He graduated from James Madison University with a major in Sports Management and a minor in Business.
Mr. Mason has plenty of additional experience in the digital sports industry from Sports Quotient to SpotterCharts Inc. where he created and then soon managed the production of weekly NFL & NCAA depth charts for ESPN, FOX, and other prominent national broadcasts. Mr. Mason believes his ultimate life purpose is to enhance the everyday fan experience and help bring people together through sports, and it all starts with establishing PSO as the premier sports platform for today’s generation.
The PSO Executive VP, Brandon Hereford has been a lifelong friend of Mr. Mason before joining up to revolutionize the sports industry into a more authentic space with factual headlines, convenient highlights, and advanced insight that simplifies the game. Mr. Hereford was a star Middle Linebacker at James Madison University where he earned many accolades including All-Conference & All-State recognition. Mr. Hereford’s biggest skill as the leader of a Championship-winning defense, IQ, has translated perfectly into his role as EVP.
