Toronto Blue Jays outlook after Cavan Biggio was designated for assignment and Starting Pitcher Alek Manoah tore his UCL. Biggio, son of Hall of Famer Craig Biggio, has seen his walk number plummet and strikeout numbers increase. Manoah, a top-three finisher for the Cy Young Award in 2022, was hoping to get back into form after a dismal 2023 season.
