Los Angeles Dodgers updated team outlook after Starting Pitcher Emmet Sheehan underwent Tommy John surgery on his UCL. While Sheehan was set to compete for a spot in the Dodgers’ rotation, he will instead become the 11th LA pitcher to hit the IL.
