Houston Astros updated team outlook after Starting Pitcher Ronel Blanco was suspended for ten games following a failed foreign substance check during his start on Tuesday. While the Astros have struggled so far, Blanco has been a bright spot, throwing a no-hitter earlier this season and emerging as a Cy Young Award contender. In addition to Blanco’s suspension, Houston’s rotation changed yet again after trading a struggling Brandon Bielak to Oakland for cash.
