CARL CRAWFORD IS THE GREATEST OUTFIELDER IN TAMPA BAY RAYS HISTORY

Carl Crawford was one of the fastest players in the 2000’s and he proved that by swiping bases left and right, leading the entire league four times, and recording the top seven stolen base records in a season for the Rays. On top of that, Crawford also hit .300+ in five of his nine seasons with Tampa Bay.

Crawford leads the franchise in total Hits (1,480), career AVG (.296), SB (409) and is second in career GP (1,235), Runs (765) and RBI’s (592). Crawford’s speed, combined with his ability to consistently get on base made him one of the best players the franchise has ever seen, and by far the best Outfielder in the young franchise’s history as his four All-Star nods also are the most in team history.
