DERRICK HENRY IS HAVING 1 OF THE BEST PEAKS BY A RB EVER
COLORS KEY | FULL TITANS OUTLOOK
After winning NFL Offensive Player of the Year last season, it was widely believed that Derrick Henry had reached his peak as a running back. He led the league in RUSH ATT (378), RUSH YDS (2027) and RUSH TD (17), as he propelled the Titans into the postseason and displayed what surely had to be an individual performance with next to no room for improvement, right? Wrong.
Derrick Henry has now set his sights on NFL single season records and has shown no indication of stopping anytime soon. While running backs are known to expire after short periods of time, Henry is continuing to excel in what has to be one of the best peaks of a running back ever. Whether his performances will be enough to bring the Titans postseason success this season remains to be seen, they will undoubtedly be remembered for years to come, especially if he can finish the season as well as he’s started it.
