Los Angeles Dodgers updated Team Outlook after relief pitcher Joe Kelly was re-signed on a one-year contract. Kelly pitched 39.1 innings last season between his time with the White Sox and Dodgers, recording a 4.12 ERA. The veteran reliever will offer Dave Roberts a reliable, high-velocity arm out of the bullpen.
