From being named the McDonalds All-American Game MVP in 2002 to retiring with the third-highest 3P% in NBA history (min 4,500 3-point attempts), JJ Redick has been one of the world’s best shooters for the last two decades. The 6’3 hooper had no other option if he wanted to play against the best competition basketball has to offer as he was never the most athletic defender or skillful passer. After a legendary career at Duke, where he won as many accolades as about any player in college basketball history, Redick became one of the rare players to translate a successful four-year college career that was sparked by high-quality shooting into an accomplished pro career.
