Lamar Jackson’s talent and athleticism are absolutely off the charts, but it sometimes hurts him when he tries to force plays and fight for extra yards. On Monday night, trailing 16-3 against the Indianapolis Colts, Jackson fumbled inside the Colts 5-yard line, which was recovered by the defense and almost returned the other way for a touchdown of their own. It soon became a 22-3 deficit, but Lamar Jackson flashed his brilliance in leading the Ravens to an improbable comeback victory in overtime.

Jackson needed a franchise-record 442 yards and four TD’s, including two each to WR Marquise Brown and TE Mark Andrews. He also completed 37/43 passes, good for an 86% CMP, as he began to carve up a quality Colts defense when it mattered most. The Colts did miss two FGs, including the game-winner, and made some questionable play-calling decisions. Ultimately, Jackson completed the largest comeback of his career and put on his greatest performance that will live on in the record books.
