The San Diego Padres updated Team Outlook after veteran RP Seth Lugo signed a two-year, $15M deal with the team in free agency. Lugo, 33, has spent the past two seasons as a reliable member of the Mets bullpen, but has also proven to be an ample starter throughout his career.
