Here is the best from January 27, 2020:

With James Harden & Russell Westbrook unavailable, Eric Gordon picked up the slack with the most points he’s ever scored, and helped Houston defeat one of the game’s best defenses in their own place. A phenomenal performance from Gordon who spent a large portion of his career in LA as the “other” star alongside Kobe Bryant before “Lob City” took over Clipper Nation.

Buddy praised Kobe after delivering a vintage Mamba-type performance that was also his career high with 42 points (on 24 FGA).

De’Aaron Fox brilliantly recovered his own intentionally missed free throw to tie the game with less than five seconds left and force OT where the Kings pulled off one of the best comebacks of the last quarter century.

Kobe Bryant’s impact can never be summarized by words or actions, but the sports community continued to honor the all-time legend on Monday.

The Pirates traded their best player a few years ago when they sent Andrew McCutchen to the Bay, and now traded their best player once again by sending Starling Marte to the desert.
