With the 2020-21 regular season finally coming to an end, we are starting to see how the playoffs are going to pan out in what is one of the most highly anticipated postseasons in recent times. Unfortunately, during the regular season, we have seen some injuries impact some of the best players in the game and so the MVP conversation is wide open with only a few players still having a chance of claiming the MVP trophy.

Looking for a sports betting site in which you can find these sorts of odds on the NBA? Why not check out these betting sites, like the list here, which showcases some of the best odds on not just NBA but on other sports as well as the best site to use for sports wagering.

The heavy favorite to be claimed as the MVP this season is Nikola Jokic who has been a revelation for the Denver Nuggets and deserves to be where he is in the bookie’s markets priced at 1/20 (-2000). When Jamal Murray got injured for the Nuggets at the beginning of the season, it opened the door for Jokic to come in and become the best player in the league. The Serbian beast has been very impressive, averaging 26.9 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game on 57% shooting from the field during that span. If there is one player that deserved the MVP title, it is certainly Jokic.

Another player that is making a final surge for the MVP title this year is Stephen Curry who everyone is familiar with. Curry has become one of the best scorers in the NBA during his career, and this season has been no different as he started slowly, but has now averaged 36.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 5.0 assists on a 44% shooting from distance since returning from injury at the end of March. Although it might be too little too late for Curry, if the Warriors would’ve been higher than the 8 seed, then Curry’s odds of 14/1 would certainly have shortened.

And finally, another player that will be trying to push Jokic at the top of the bookies’ favorites is Joel Embiid. Embiid came out of the blocks flying this year and was one of the favorites at the beginning of the season as well. However, the knee injury that he sustained made him miss 10 games of the regular season, which significantly hindered his chances. Embiid averaged 28.5 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game this year and can find him at 20/1 (+2000) in most books for winning MVP.
