The Arizona Cardinals added RB James Conner on Tuesday, who will likely come in to participate in a split backfield with Chase Edmonds. Edmonds has been the backup RB in Arizona for three years now, but showed plenty of promise as a pass-catching back in 2020, tallying 402 REC YDS (5th most on ARZ) to go with 4 REC TD (t-3rd). Meanwhile, Conner has dealt with injuries as of late, missing nine games over the past two years but still led the Steelers in rushing once again in 2020, and will likely do that in the desert during 2021 as the lead back on rushing plays.
