The Minnesota Twins updated Team Outlook after signing 2B Donovan Solano to a one-year, $2M deal with up to $250K in incentives. Solano, 35, signed with the Cincinnati Reds last season and finished season with a .284/.339/.385 line at the plate. The versatile Solano’s career consists of time spent in the majors and minors. In a corresponding move, the Twins place SP Chris Paddack on the 60-day IL to open a spot on the 40-man roster, as he’s recovering from Tommy John surgery last May.
