Royals Updated Outlook: SP Kris Bubic Tommy John - Pro Sports Outlook

The Kansas City Royals updated Team Outlook after SP Kris Bubic is placed on the IL after it is announced he will need Tommy John surgery. Bubic had a solid start to the season, posting a 3.94 ERA in 3 outings, but will now need to focus on a long recovery from elbow surgery.
