Detroit Pistons outlook after signing Guard Cade Cunningham to a five-year max contract extension worth $224M. Cunningham was selected first overall in 2021 by Detroit, and while the Pistons have struggled since, Cunningham has shown enough promise to stay in the Motor City for the foreseeable future.
