For those that spent Saturday evening not focused on baseball, don’t worry, there weren’t many things that you missed. A slow night in the Bigs didn’t provide many insane highlights or amazing victories, but it did feature the Cardinals transforming a win despite getting no hit, NYY claiming their 10th straight win, and some athletic defensive plays from the pitcher’s mound.

Enjoy the best highlights from Saturday’s MLB action all in one place:

Pittsburgh Pirates SP Mitch Keller held the St. Louis Cardinals to zero hits through six innings, but after getting pulled from the game, the bullpen wasted no time in blowing the lead as STL overcame the 4-0 deficit by the end of the inning.

From home run records to all the little things (like Brett Gardner’s veteran slide into second), the Yankees are clicking on all cylinders and even have who was supposed to be their worst pitcher this year in J.A. Happ throwing gems. With the postseason right around the corner, no team is hotter than the Bronx Bombers.

Trevor Bauer typically makes an appearance in these must-see highlights when he takes the bump thanks to his pitching prowess, however, the best offense in baseball took him out of the running for that. Still, the upcoming free agent showed the Cy Young award isn’t the only honor he’s after as the Gold Glove award could be coming TB’s way as well.

Like Bauer, Alec Mills also made a must-see highlight from the mound with this between the legs grab, looking as smooth as ever.

Wrigley Field is one of the most iconic ballparks in all of sports, as it opened over a century ago and has become a staple in Major League Baseball ever since. The outfield ivy is the stadium’s signature aspect, but none of that was relevant in this clip as Minnesota Twins slugger Miguel Sano blasted one over the entire ballpark as the Twins clinch a playoff spot.

Full game highlights of today’s close games will be posted here once they conclude.
