If there’s one thing to take away from Denver’s up-and-down postseason, it’s that they should never be doubted. Game 3 could be the turning point for the Nuggets with their incredibly potent shooting from the field and Jamal Murray’s cold-blooded play to close out the game’s final minutes. King James’ triple-double was surely remarkable, but Denver has made this a series, avoiding the sweep and getting at least a 3-1 deficit in the picture, which they know they can come back from.

Jamal Murray has been one cool customer throughout this almost insurmountable series and his fearlessness was present in Game 3 as he brought on the pain with a pair of 3s and a shrewd assist with two minutes left to incinerate LA’s hopes of breaking out the brooms next game.

In the most unorthodox way of scoring, the Serbian assassin Nikola Jokic finds success with his patented off-balanced one-legged mid-range floater that more often than not, drops it through the hoop for the difficult deuce.

The living legend LeBron James played like a man possessed for the second straight game and the historical context of his 26th triple-double (second most in NBA postseason history) only adds to the level of intensity his head-turning highlights are comprised of.

The leaders of Denver, Murray and Jokic, have received most of the acclaim in the team’s triumphs but recognition of being the team’s third best player right now is well-deserved for Jerami Grant with his relentless play on both ends, seeing him earn a playoff career-high in points (26).

Working in tandem with his superstar counter-part LeBron James, the one-man wrecking crew Anthony Davis was not messing around as he hammered down this crushing big man certified flush.

The down but not out Denver Nuggets reveled around their bounce-back mentality in a pivotal Game 3 to get one game closer to equaling up this Western Conference Finals series at two apiece. They constructed a second-half lead with the tantalizing vision of a competitive series in sight and despite a fierce 19-2 fourth-quarter run by the Lakers, Murray finished the game strong, putting a 2-1 series in the bag.
