Rangers Updated Outlook: Jordan Montgomery Added - Pro Sports Outlook

Texas Rangers updated Team Outlook after starting pitcher Jordan Montgomery was added in a trade with the St. Louis Cardinals. The Rangers have bolstered their rotation during the trade deadline, adding Montgomery and acquiring Max Scherzer from the Mets. Montgomery has recorded a 3.42 ERA across 21 starts this season for the Cardinals. The Rangers also received relief pitcher Chris Stratton, but gave up prospects John King, Thomas Saggese and Tekoah Roby.
