Ray Allen was a part of the stacked 1996 draft class that featured Allen Iverson, Steve Nash, and Kobe Bryant. Ray Allen was selected fifth overall out of UConn by the Milwaukee Bucks. As a rookie, he started in 81 games, shot 39.3% from beyond the arc, and averaged 13.4 points per game on his way to the 1996-97 All-Rookie team. In the 1999-2000 season, Allen was selected to his first of 10 All-Star Games, while shooting 42.3% 3PT with 22.1 PPG.

In 2003, Allen was traded to the Seattle SuperSonics, where he was selected to four All-Star Games in his full four seasons in Seattle before he was traded to the Celtics during the ’07 offseason as part of the new ‘Big 3’ alongside Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce. In Boston, he won his first NBA Championship in his first year there. After five years in Boston, Allen signed with Miami where he won another NBA Championship thanks to an all-time clutch 3PM. Ray Allen retired in 2016 after being in the league for 18 years.
