The Colorado Rockies updated Team Outlook after signing veteran Relief Pitcher Brad Hand to a one-year, $2M deal. Hand went 3-2 with a 2.80 ERA in 55 games with the Phillies last season, making two scoreless World Series appearances. The 32-year-old made three straight All-Star Games from 2017-19.
