After one of the greatest college careers of all-time, with two national championships and a Heisman, Tim Tebow was selected 25th overall in the 2010 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos out of the University of Florida. Despite only starting in three games his rookie year, he still managed to throw for 654 yards and five touchdowns. In the 2011 season, his playing time increased as he took over Denver’s offense in what was one of the most incredible seasons in NFL history.

After his miraculous season, he was traded to the Jets where he struggled and eventually was cut. A few years later, he decided to try out baseball, where he played in the Mets minor league system. In 2021, he made a short-lived return to the NFL, teaming up with his old college coach Urban Meyer, by signing with the Jaguars as a Tight End but was cut before the season started.

“TEBOWMANIA” WAS A SPECTACLE UNLIKE ANY OTHER DURING TIM TEBOW’S PEAK

Despite producing some of the worst numbers across his career and even in 2011, he managed to have a spectacular season. He has recorded one of the lowest CMP% in the last 30 years, and was tied for the most fumbles (14) in the NFL during the 2011 season. However, he still had a 7-4 record under center along with five game-winning drives. He also led the Broncos to the playoffs and won the Wild Card game against Pittsburgh on the first play of OT with an 80-yard pass to Demaryius Thomas.
