Here is the best from March 5, 2020:

Jamal Murray beat the Hornets at the horn by getting this one to fall and avoiding what could’ve been a devastating upset loss to fall further in the fierce Western Conference standings.


He also had this flashy laser pass.

Steph Curry is arguably the most exciting superstar in the NBA, and nobody can debate the energy Curry brings that Golden St.’s been missing on the floor all season. After four months of missed action, the 2x MVP returned and looked like his old self.

Kawhi’s Clippers are in the midst of their best run since Kawhi & PG joined LA. They’ve had their toughest stretch of the schedule (DEN, PHI, OKC, HOU, LAL) and are obliterating the competition with a fully healthy squad which continued in Houston.

Christian Yelich is one of the best players in baseball and should be the favorite to win NL MVP this year. And now he not only has the contract that respects him as such, but also that validates him as the face of Milwaukee.

Led by a career-high performance from Norman Powell, the Raptors became the 2nd team in the NBA this season to clinch a Playoff spot, and had a few notable highlights at the rim as well.

With the defender’s back turned, Will Barton took advantage for the easy layup.

Yoan Moncada has one of the brightest futures in the big leagues. He’s only 24 years old and already earned MVP votes last year. The White Sox are banking on him earning MVP votes for the foreseeable future.

With Ben Simmons & Joel Embiid out of action, Tobias Harris is stepping up and helping Philly continue their winning ways.

The Lakers let go of Troy Daniels for an open roster spot that they hoped to use on adding a scoring guard. Dion Waiters is the perfect fit for LA from an on-court perspective, but the intangibles will make the difference in this deal working out or not. If he settles into a minority role and understands he’s there for spot-up shooting and occasional playmaking for 5-10 minutes a game on a team with legitimate Championship aspirations, then it’ll all work out. If he believes his role should be more significant or he raises another red flag like he did multiple times in Miami this season, then this could derail the Lakers title hopes.

The Clippers defense deserves credit for significantly hindering Houston’s offensive prowess on Thursday, but this isn’t out of the ordinary for the Rockets or their bearded superstar. They’ve missed 3’s before, more than anyone has ever had, and will continue to do so as part of their patented style of play.
