1992: In Game 3 of the NBA Finals, the Chicago Bulls and Portland Trail Blazers combined for a Finals-low 131 total points. Portland’s loss set an NBA Finals record as the 9th consecutive home loss by a Western Conference team, dating back to 1989

1978: Washington Bullets won NBA Finals Game 7 to win the only Championship in franchise history

1966: The New York Mets passed on future Hall of Fame OF Reggie Jackson to select C Steve Chilcott with the 1st overall pick in the draft; Chilcott would become the very 1st #1 pick to never make an MLB appearance as he spent 6 years in the minors

1932: At 47 years old, Dodgers RP Jack Quinn became the oldest player in MLB to record an extra-base hit (a double) and an RBI in a victory over the Cubs
