2010: Athletics SP Dallas Braden pitched the 19th perfect game in MLB history, a 4-0 victory over the Rays

1995: The Cleveland Indians tied an MLB record by scoring 8 runs before recording an out, defeating the Twins 10-0

1989: The position-record errorless streaks of Red Sox C Rick Cerone (159 games) and Mets SS Kevin Elster (88 games) were both snapped 

1987: Orioles 1B Eddie Murray became the very 1st player in MLB history to hit a HR on each side of the plate in consecutive games

1984: The longest game in AL history finally ended, as White Sox OF Harold Baines hit a HR in the 25th inning to give Chicago a 7-6 victory over the Brewers (began the day before)

1961: Orioles 1B Jim Gentile became the 1st player in MLB history to hit a Grand Slam in consecutive innings
