Here is the best from August 12, 2019:

The Indians have the best record in baseball since June 1, and have made an epic comeback in the AL Central standings to now solely leading the division for the first time of the season. Indians fans are thanking Carlos Santana for his heroics over the last 48 hours.

Aristides Aquino was a name not many people on this planet knew just a couple weeks ago. Now, almost every fan in the baseball universe is aware of the Dominican product after he surpassed every MLB player ever in HR over the 1st 12 games of his career.

The NBA announced the FULL 2019-20 NBA Schedule for all 30 teams. Here are some highlights:

To the surprise of pretty much no one at this point, Gleyber Torres hit another HR vs. Baltimore. He didn’t stop there, though. During the 2nd game of a double-header, the 22-year-old unloaded two more bombs to surpass Sammy Sosa for the single-season record of HRs vs. one opponent in the divisional era.

In the midst of another awful season in Baltimore, the Orioles set the American League single-season record for Home Runs allowed. With 44 games still remaining, the new record is about to be on another level.
