The Los Angeles Rams updated Team Outlook after mutually parting ways with All-Pro Linebacker Bobby Wagner. The Rams, $13.7M over the salary cap heading toward the new league year, save $5M in cap but incur a $7.5M dead money charge by releasing Wagner. The 32-year-old spent only one year in LA after signing a five-year, $50M deal with $20M in guarantees in March, 2022. Wagner, one of this generation’s greatest linebackers, has the most combined tackles (1,523) of any active player in the NFL.
