The Las Vegas Raiders updated Team Outlook after signing TE O.J. Howard, who will be on his third team in as many seasons. The contract is a one-year deal worth approximately $1.24M. Howard spent 2022 with the Houston Texans, catching ten passes for 145 yards and two touchdowns. The 28-year-old will replace TE Darren Waller, who was traded to the New York Giants for a third-round (No. 100) draft pick. Las Vegas also signed EDGE Jordan Willis to a one-year deal.
