The Buffalo Bills updated Team Outlook after the team re-signed veteran DL Jordan Phillips to a one-year deal worth up to $4.6M. This will be Phillips’ second stint in Buffalo, as the 30-year-old spent 2018 and 2019 with the team, before leaving in free agency for the Arizona Cardinals, where he spent the past two seasons. Phillips had his best season with the Bills in 2019, where he compiled 9.5 sacks in 16 games.
