Detroit Lions updated Team Outlook after defensive players CJ Gardner, James Houston were injured during the team’s Week 2 game. Gardner-Johnson is the team’s starting safety and he tore his pec, which will cost the new addition the rest of his season. Edge James Houston suffered a fractured ankle and will miss 8+ weeks, which is a big loss for the Lions defense.
