Carolina Panthers updated Team Outlook after talented Cornerback Jaycee Horn returns from an early season injury. The South Carolina product suffered a hamstring injury in week 1 against the Falcons and has been recovering since. Horn will be a huge lift for the Panthers defense, as he is one of the best young coverage corners in the whole league.
