Houston Texans outlook after Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs suffered a torn ACL, requiring season-ending surgery. Houston acquired Diggs in a trade with the Buffalo Bills to strengthen its receiving core. With Diggs out, this is the second Texan receiver to go down this year.
