With no deal in sight going into training camp, Ezekiel Elliot headed out to cobo. As time went on it became more and more apparent that the Cowboys needed to reach a new deal with Elliot or this would be the end of the road, and so they did. On Tuesday morning, the Dallas Cowboys and Ezekiel Elliot agreed on a 6 year, 90 million dollar contract extension, with $50 million guaranteed. He is now the highest paid running back in the NFL.

Ezekiel Elliot Future Outlook

As of today, Zeke is inked in to wear the Dallas star on his helmet for the next eight years. He is guaranteed $50 million of the $107 million he is set to make.
