After a promising start to the 2020 NFL season, and upsetting some great teams throughout the year, the Las Vegas Raiders failed to end the year strong and missed the playoffs once again. They will go into 2021 with a promising star TE and RB, while they have some questions at QB with Derek Carr and need to add plenty of help to a defense that ranked 29th in points allowed.
