Here are some interesting money trends that showcase some tendencies that have occurred recently and could reveal a valuable investment for NFL Week 14.

Game: Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tennessee Titans (currently at TEN -8)

TREND: Jaguars have been ice cold

  • ATS: 5-11 (31%) over the last 16 games

Jacksonville is looking like a dumpster fire on and off the field right now. The offense simply hasn’t been there this year with promising first year QB-coach tandem Trevor Lawrence and Urban Meyer (25th Passing YPG). Tennessee is a legit contender in the AFC, and will look to dominate their division rival at home while the Jags continue to deal with turmoil behind the scenes.

Pick: TEN -8 (-110)

Game: New Orleans Saints @ New York Jets (currently at NO -240)

TREND: Alvin scores and the Saints get the victory

  • Anytime TD/Saints to win: 3-1 (75%) over the last 4 games Alvin Kamara has played in

Alvin Kamara has scored in his last four games, three of them ending in victories and the only loss being the first game after the Jameis Winston injury. Taysom Hill starting adds an extra dimension to the run game, opening up holes for Kamara to run through. New Orleans has its star running back active today and will need him to perform to keep its season alive as they’re in the thick of a wild NFC Wild Card race.

Pick: Kamara anytime TD/Saints to win (+130)

Game: Chicago Bears @ Green Bay Packers (currently at GB -12)

Game: Las Vegas Raiders @ Kansas City Chiefs (currently at KC -10)

TREND: Ride the hot teams at an even safer number

  • GB ATS: 10-1 (91%) over the last 11 games
  • KC ATS: 4-2 (67%) over the last 6 games vs Raiders

Two teams playing at home against division rivals, both looking to continue the hot streaks. Green Bay is set up to absolutely destroy a Chicago Bears team that won’t be able to keep up on offense (30th in YPG). Only needing a touchdown to cover here should come easy in Lambeau, especially with Aaron Rodgers looking to back up his words from their last meeting.

Kansas City ran through Las Vegas 41-14 earlier in the year, behind a stellar 5 TD performance from Patrick Mahomes. The Raiders haven’t looked much better since then. Expect a similar offensive performance to a lackluster Vegas defense allowing a concerning 26 PPG this season.

Pick: GB -6.5 & KC -2.5 (-115)

Game: Baltimore Ravens @ Cleveland Browns (currently at CLE -3)

TREND: Baltimore plays well at the Dog Pound

  • ATS: 6-1 (86%) over the last 7 games played at Cleveland

The matchup here favors Baltimore in one big way, and it all comes down to the running game. Baltimore ranks #1 in rush defense, going against a Cleveland team that has a banged up QB and not many weapons for Baker Mayfield to throw to anyways. Running the ball is Kevin Stefanski’s bread and butter, going right into the strength of Baltimore’s defense. Lamar Jackson has gone under the radar in recent weeks, and nobody should expect that to last much longer.

Pick: BAL +3 (-110)

Game: Detroit Lions @ Denver Broncos (currently at DEN -11.5)

TREND: Run Javonte Run

  • Javonte Williams over 91.5 YScm: 3-1 (75%) over the last 4 games

Detroit ranks 27th in run defense this season, and in the last four games, have given up an average of 26 receiving YPG to opposing #1 running backs. Javonte Williams has hit this mark of 91.5 YScm in three of the last four games, with the easiest matchup being today. Even though Melvin Gordon is back, Williams is still the clear #1 option for an offense that should be looking to run the ball a lot today.

Pick: Javonte Williams over 91.5 RUSH YDS + REC YDS (-110)
