Here are some interesting money trends that could reveal a valuable investment for NFL Week 8.

Game: New England Patriots @ Los Angeles Chargers (currently at LAC -4.5)

TREND: Chargers beating spreads

  • ATS: 8-2 (80%) over the last 10 weeks

Los Angeles got completely demolished by Baltimore the last time they stepped foot on a football field. After having a bye week, everyone gets to see what rookie HC Brandon Staley is really about. Expect Los Angeles to be ready and firing on all cylinders, with an impressive win and cover here against a solid New England team. Let’s see just how good this young tandem of Coach Staley and Justin Herbert really are.

Pick: LAC -4.5 (-110)

Game: Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cleveland Browns (currently at CLE -4)

TREND: Steelers know how to beat the Browns

  • ATS: 4-2 (67%) over the last 6 matchups

This is called a “red letter day”. Last year, Cleveland went into Pittsburgh and embarrassed them at home in the playoffs. It was a complete blowout, and to think that Mike Tomlin has already forgotten about that game would be nonsense. Him and his team have been waiting for this matchup.

Pick: Pitt +4 (-110)

Game: San Francisco 49ers @ Chicago Bears (currently at O/U 39.5)

TREND: Chicago can’t hit the Over

  • UNDER: 5-0 (100%) over the last 5 weeks

The Chicago Bears currently sport the worst ranked offense in the NFL, and it hasn’t looked any better with Justin Fields at the helm. With both of these defenses being ranked in the top 11 in YPG, expect a low scoring defensive matchup.

Pick: Under 39.5 (-110)

Game: Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New Orleans Saints (currently at O/U 49.5)

TREND: Tampa Bay overs vs. the NFC

  • OVER: 11-2 (85%) over the last 13 games against NFC opponents

Tampa Tom has shown no signs of slowing down this year, and with division rival New Orleans on deck, the train is going to keep on rolling. Jameis Winston is going against his former team, with a great opportunity to try and outduel the GOAT. Fans should expect Sean Payton to pull out some trick plays to be able to keep up with that stellar Tampa Bay offense, who’s expected to get Gronk back.

Pick: Over 49.5 (-110)

Game: Cincinnati Bengals @ New York Jets (currently at CIN -11)

TREND: Bengals are on a roll on the road

  • ATS: 4-1 (80%) over the last 5 games on the road

Don’t think about it too much. Cincinnati is a great team and New York is a complete dumpster fire. How are the Jets going to be able to cover the Bengals weapons? Without getting much pressure on Joe Burrow, how will the red-hot passer be stopped? Throw in the fact that Mike White is making his first career start for the Jets and it’s a recipe for a blowout during another disappointing season in New York.

Pick: CIN -11 (-110)
