The Miami Heat benefitted from the return of Bam Adebayo as they faced off against a LA Laker team in a monumental Game 4 showdown to dictate the flow of this irregular NBA Finals. In the second half, LBJ activated attack mode by garnering 20 points and Anthony Davis iced the game with mega plays on both ends of the floor. Also, Herro stopped by for a pretty rainbow floater, KCP showed off his clutch gene, and Duncan made a deposit at the bank.

Pure ice water was running through the veins of the amazing Anthony Davis in Game 4’s closing moments. The Brow showed the exact reason he was brought from the bayou of New Orleans to the spotlight of Los Angeles by chipping in a late lead-extending three and a pronounced block on Miami’s top-dog Jimmy Butler to take a commanding 3-1 lead.

As the apparent favorite to win Finals MVP for his fourth time (permitting LA wins the Finals), Tuesday was a LeBron James extravaganza with the King cashing out on a pair of royal flushes, dropping in deep-range daggers, providing dynamic dimes, and unleashing a beast-mode mentality in the second half against his former team.

Duncan Robinson’s account has been low on funds in the Finals with his stroke not being as money as it was in the regular season (fourth-best 3PT percentage). At last, he made a deposit on this visit to the bank by ricocheting in the improbable trifecta off the glass. It wasn’t Sunday, so the bank was open.

The towering Anthony Davis and his 7-foot-6 wingspan weren’t enough to overcome the finesse of Tyler Herro’s crafty jump-stop to sky-high floater which might have touched the top of the arena prior to going through the net.

After Game 4’s festivities, KCP’s name should read “Kentavious Clutch-Pope” given the immense pressure he was under when called upon to convert on back-to-back offensive possessions in crunch-time as he proved to be a major difference-maker in LA’s third Finals game victory.

The Heat’s chance to even-up the series was squandered as LA put themselves in the driver’s seat heading down the express lane to a gentlemen’s sweep. There was nothing separating the two teams through three periods, but LBJ, AD, & KCP tipped the scales in a decisive fourth quarter to bring the Lakers one step closer to their record-tying 17th championship banner in franchise history.
