The 76ers acquired Shake Milton on July 26th and that signing is already paying dividends. After a rough outing on Sunday, Milton bounced back in a big way by providing Philly some late-game heroics with the go-ahead three-pointer in the final seconds to sink the Spurs.

Most Improved Player of the Year candidate Brandon Ingram played up to his All-Star caliber ways while last year’s No. 1 overall draft pick Zion received a larger load of minutes than his previous game. Their dynamic play in the 4th quarter was crucial in lifting New Orleans to its first victory in Orlando.

Michael Porter Jr. was thwarted with a back injury his first season, but is now beginning to blossom with Denver. A healthy mixture of spot-up threes and slick cuts to the rim earned the former Mizzou standout a career-high 27 points.
