The NBA, now dedicated to finishing the playoffs after postponing games earlier this week, tipped off Round 2 of the eastern conference with Boston’s thorough bludgeoning of Toronto. To follow were gutsy performances from the Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard to send home Dallas and the Nuggets’ Jamal Murray to force a Game 7 as he flourished with a fantastic fifty-piece.

Jamal Murray of the Denver Nuggets has not only emerged as his team’s No. 1 scorer but one of the most electrifying scorers in these bubble playoffs. The pure confidence he has and the skill he possesses to back it up is unrivaled, with him dropping 40+ points in each of his last three games fueled behind a lethal stroke from beyond the arc.

Kawhi Leonard was on a mission in Game 6 against the Mavs as he reminded everyone why he’s nicknamed The Klaw by snagging a handful of takeaways, adding to his high-caliber scoring output which aided in capturing the series for LA.

The Euro League MVP Luka Doncic left it all on the court in the last game of his first NBA Playoff appearance as L.A. sent him home. The Boy Wonder flirted with a triple-double and scorched the Clippers for nearly 40 points with sneaky inside scoring and slick shooting from the perimeter to solidify the fact that he has arrived and will be a force to reckon with for years to come.

For the third time this series, Donovan Mitchell lit up the score sheet with over 40 points. This time it was on a career-high amount of 3s which he collected on supreme off-the-dribble triples (9-13 3PM).

The UConn Huskie Kemba Walker put on a show as he showered Toronto’s defense with dimes, raking in a double-double and his first playoff game with 10 assists. Jayson Tatum’s effectiveness didn’t waver either with acrobatic offensive takes to power the Celtics past the reigning champs.

Coming off connecting on only two 3s in Boston’s first round series with Philly, Marcus Smart’s mechanics were clicking versus Toronto as he got into a rhythm by burying five 3s from downtown which tacked on to his team-high scoring total.

Adding insult to injury against Toronto, Robert Williams III revisited his inspired play off the bench with a plethora of downright dirty dunks to take away any momentum the Raptors attempted to build throughout the contest.

Paul George helped the cause of ending Dallas’ time in the bubble with seven assists, one of them being this heads up play as he located a reverse-jam-ready Ivica Zubac.

Maxi Kleber’s impact was felt all throughout this series against the Clippers, and despite their first-round exit, Kleber made headlines with this disrespectful rejection on Montrezl Harrell who had become accustomed to throwing it down on a regular basis.
