Detroit lost LB Jarrad Davis & OL Frank Ragnow to injury on Friday night, and learned Saturday that the initial belief of season-ending injuries was fortunately not correct. They’ll both likely miss the 1st month of the season with ankle injuries.
#Lions LB Jarrad Davis was diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain, source said. While he should miss time early in the season, the word is he’s already feeling better and it’s a long way from what many thought last night. He’s an essential team leader on that defense.
