Here is the best from November 13, 2019:

Ja Morant put up a career-high 11 AST and missed very few shots on the night. The last shot he took looked like an improbable one, but he was able to sink the tough finish that was the game-winner for Memphis.

The Washington Wizards vs. Boston Celtics used to have a rivalry feel to it when Isaiah Thomas was a MVP-candidate in Boston (more on him below), but with DC falling off since Wall’s injury, Bradley Beal stepped up to try to make this game interesting and proved he’s @RealDealBeal23.

MLB announced it’s 2019 Cy Young Winners on Wednesday. Verlander edged out teammate Gerrit Cole while deGrom was one vote from winning the award unanimously for the second straight season.

King James vs. the Warriors was one of the greatest rivalries of the 2010’s. It clearly has a different dynamic now, but this could be a fierce playoff matchup next year once Golden St. gets healthy (and a quality draft pick). Until then, LeBron will keep showing up, even if Steph (hand) and Klay (ACL) can’t.

Some people may have expected the Raptors to fall off once they lost Kawhi Leonard, but they’ve proven to be one of the NBA’s best teams thus far, with a big reason being the significantly improved play of Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet, both stemming from last year’s playoff run that has proven to be a turning point in their respective careers.

It seems like a long time since IT was putting up MVP numbers in Boston, but Wednesday was the first game he’s played in the TD Garden since his infamous trade to Cleveland back in 2017.

With Kevin Durant out for the season, the Brooklyn Nets’ best player besides Kyrie Irving is Caris LeVert, but he’ll be missing the next few weeks of action after injuring his thumb.
